The CarX Smart Parking Sensor System 4 Sensors transforms the stressful, accident-prone process of parking in tight spaces into a confident, guided maneuver — providing continuous distance feedback from four strategically positioned ultrasonic sensors that detect obstacles within your vehicle’s parking envelope and communicate their proximity through both visual and audible alerts before contact occurs. Parking sensors are standard equipment on most modern vehicles not because they are a luxury feature but because they genuinely prevent accidents — protecting your paint, body panels, and bumpers from the everyday dings, scrapes, and impacts that accumulate in parking garages, driveways, and tight urban spaces. The CarX system brings this protection to any vehicle regardless of age with a straightforward installation that most owners complete in under two hours with basic hand tools. The four 22mm ultrasonic sensors are designed to be flush-mounted in your vehicle’s rear bumper — or optionally in the front bumper for a complete front-and-rear system — with installation holes cut using the included step drill bit. The sensors connect to the LED distance display module and control unit, which mounts discreetly inside your cabin and activates automatically when reverse gear is engaged. The LED bar graph display provides continuous, intuitive distance feedback — transitioning from green through yellow to red as obstacles approach — while the buzzer alert escalates from slow intermittent beeps to rapid continuous tones as you approach within 30cm of a detected obstacle. Detection range spans from 20cm to 2.5 meters, covering the full range of parking distances where accurate feedback is most critical.
